Innovate together! – How Lantmännen collaborates with startups and entrepreneurs
Since 2014, Lantmännen has been running the Greenhouse, an educational program for those who want support in developing an innovative business idea into a profitable business. The program is open for both intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs to participate in, and consists of a number of workshops that blends theory with practice. During our talk we will discuss among other things:
- Setting up a platform for collaborations between a large corporation and small startups.
- Successes and pitfalls, what we have learned so far.

Developing sustainable sourcing processes with outside in approach and agile practices
Development of Neste's Supplier Sustainability Portal, a digital platform for renewable products' feedstock suppliers, started from a global, open hackathon contest and has continued with an external partner utilizing agile practices. A wide set of learnings has been collected throughout the journey consisting of e.g. continuous stakeholder engagement, prototyping exercises and constant improvement.

"I work as a Sustainability Specialist at Neste, a company offering its customers increasingly clean fuel solutions and applications based on renewable raw materials. My work focuses on the area of renewable products' supplier and supply chain sustainability development, where my key role is to head the project of building our Supplier Sustainability Portal."
