Germany: Consumer contract logistics to increase by 2.5% in 2016
Die Deutsche Verkehrszeitung, 12 Oct 2016, online:-
According to Logistics Professor Christian Kille of the University of Wurzburg, domestic demand is currently the mainstay of the German economy. Because of the increase in investment in durable products such as furniture he believes the submarket of consumer contract logistics will grow by 2.5% in 2016. E-commerce will play its part in the growth but it will be a relatively small part.
