German logistics services provider DHL Supply Chain, a subsidiary of German mail company Deutsche Post DHL is testing Internet of Things (IoT) technology at three smart warehouses in Germany, Poland and the Netherlands. The new solutions enables the company to monitor operational activities in real-time through a graphical visualisation of data from sensors on material handling equipment and scanners. The test is in collaboration with the US companies Cisco and Conduce.
