Interport, a Dutch company specialising in transport on the Iberian Peninsula, has been bought by Van Duuren Districenters. Founder and owner Wilma Bram said that the sale would ensure the continuity of the company and its employees' job security. Eric de Wit is expected to replace her as Interport's CEO.
