Norwegian oil tanker company Frontline has undergone a new legal defeat in the dispute with its competitor, US-based tanker company DHT. Frontline's request for interim injunction against DHT was recently rejected and now the company's action against DHT has also been rejected. In addition, Frontline has been blocked from resuming similar cases against DHT in any other court.
