Axi Immo expects that the combined volume of warehouse transactions in Poland will reach between 2.7 and 3mn m2 in 2016. The warehouse development market is not only a regional leader but is also becoming a more and more important market in Europe. Experts estimate that the demand for warehouse space from companies representing the e-commerce sector will rise, with another trend being the markets to date not very popular to see first developments being built. Among the new locations are Kutno, Zielona Gora and Bialystok. The growth of the volume of new warehouse space is forecast to not double-digit rises in the coming years, expects MLP Group.
