Romania's largest marine port operators - Oil Terminal, Socep, Constanta South Container Terminal, Minmetal and North Star Shipping - have reported total businesses of around RON 600mn (EUR 131.26mn USD 148.08mn) for 2016, 13% higher compared to 2015. Minmetal and North Star Shipping have registered the highest business hikes of over 20% during the year in question. Constanta South Container Terminal, on the other hand, registered a turnover of RON 195.4mn in 2016, 7.4% more than in 2015, whereas net profit decreased from RON 66.2mn in 2015 to RON 59.8mn in 2016.
