Kaisa has been working in Metso Outotec since 2007 in various roles related to sustainability, looking through the whole supply chain all the way to the customer operations and beyond. Kaisa says that sustainability has always been her passion and it is great to see that even with the serious challenges we have in the world, companies are willing to act more fiercely than ever before, and do better in every area. Leo is an experienced management consultant with expertise in sustainability, strategy, supply chain management, telco, high tech, energy, and healthcare. In his current and previous positions, he has worked in various strategy & analysis -related projects dealing with themes such as supply chain management, CO2 calculations, management systems, automation, operational models, and new technologies.
Pekka Pokela, Business Director, Ex-Partner, Gaia Consulting
Pekka has extensive experience in management and strategic consulting in technology and construction industries. He has a wealth of experience as a manager in private companies in product development, marketing and sales - all areas of expertise together with sustainable business development. He holds a position as Professor of Practise in Aalto University.
