The board in Swedish supply shipping company Viking Supply Ships (VSS) will propose a new share issue of about SEK 120mn (EUR 12.59mn USD 15.04mn) in Q4 2017 at an extraordinary meeting in November. This is in response to a required capital contribution and sufficient working capital to meet the requirements of the existing loan agreement. The plan is to invest the capital in Norwegian subsidiary Viking Supply Ships A/S which currently does not meet loan covenant requirements.
