Call for Papers
We invite researchers, practitioners, and academicians to submit papers for the forum.
Important Dates:
- Abstract Submission Deadline: September 15, 2025
- Full Paper Submission Deadline: November 3, 2025
- Short paper and Practitioner paper deadline: November 3, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: November 30, 2025
- Full Paper Final (Camera Ready) Version Deadline: December 15, 2025
- Registration Deadline: January 5, 2026
- Conference Dates: February 4–6, 2025
Submission Process
Please submit your abstracts and full papers via the conference submission portal. (The link to the submission portal will be published on this page as soon as possible.). Each submission will undergo a double-blind peer review process. Accepted papers will be published in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management Forum Proceedings. For the accepted short papers: Authors will have the possibility to choose to publish only abstract.
A publication will be associated with the LSCM Forum. The submitted full papers have a possibility to be considered for publication in book: Electric Vehicle Supply Chain Management (to be published within the series Routledge Studies in Transport Analysis) (Finnish publication forum level JUFO 2)
Abstract Submission Guidelines (Deadline 15th of September)
Submit your abstract no later than 31th of October by filling in the box in the submission portal (no attached file is needed). The maximum number of characters is 2500. No citations or list of references are required at this stage. Please ensure your abstract is structured and includes the following sections:
- Purpose: What is the aim of your paper?
- Design/Methodology/Approach: How was the research conducted?
- Findings: What are the key results?
- Research Implications: How does this research contribute to the field?
- Practical Implications: What are the real-world applications?
- Social Implications: How does this research impact society?
- Research Limitations: What are the limitations of your study?
- Originality/Value: What makes this research unique and valuable?
Full Paper Submission Guidelines
The conference accepts three types of papers:
- Full Academic Papers: Comprehensive research papers presenting complete and original findings.
- Short Papers (Working Papers): Preliminary research findings, work-in-progress reports, or conceptual papers.
- Practitioners Case Studies or Reviews: Practical insights, case studies, or reviews from industry practitioners.
Submissions should be formatted according to the following guidelines:
- Length:
- Full Academic Papers: 4,000 to 6,000 words (excluding references and appendices)
- Short Papers: 2,000 to 4,000 words
- Practitioners Case Studies or Reviews: 2,000 to 4,000 words
- Format: PDF or Microsoft Word
- Language: English
- Structure: Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Reference
