The German intermodal transport provider Kombiverkehr has announced that it is to begin offering new intermodal rail and shipping freight transport links between Sweden, Denmark, Finland and the UK. The company is working in cooperation with the German port operators Rostock Port and Duisport Agency, as well as the shipping companies Finnlines, Scandlines and Stena line and the gateway terminal Duisburg-Rurhort Hafen DUSS. The new transport links will be available up to seven times per week.
