The Estonian postal technology company, Cleveron, has opened its network of self-service package terminals, CollectNet, in Estonia. The service was available to both individual customers and companies. The package terminals allowed users to deliver goods that were smaller than 38x36x60 cm. Customers would need to use Cleveron's CollectNet mobile application to deposit and pick up their packages. The package terminals were used by both retailers and courier companies.
