The Dutch mail company Sandd will introduce a new franking machine for SMEs and the mail franked by these machines will be collected and delivered twice per week. This increases the competition with the Dutch mail company PostNL for corporate clients. The average tariffs will be some EUR 0.50 (USD 0.56). The new machines will be installed at retail chains and kiosks. The letters will be delivered by Sandd and the parcels will be delivered by DPD.
