In connection with the presentation of its third quarter results, Norwegian shipping company Frontline announced that bank financing totalling up to USD 870mn (EUR 774.57mn) have been secured to partly finance new ships. The company has ordered 16 ships for delivery in 2017. These include seven LR2 tanker ships, six Suez Max ships and three VLCC's.
