Swedish property developer Castellum initiated construction of office property Citypassagen in central Örebro. It will be about 15,000 square metres in size and the investment will amount to an estimated SEK 420mn (EUR 44.01mn USD 49.43mn). Construction will be completed in Q1 2019. A 15-year leasing agreement has been concluded with Örebro Municipality. It amounts to 49% of the leasing value. Castellum has also launched construction of a 6,000 square metre distribution hub in Uppsala. This investment is estimated at SEK 101mn. The building will meet Green Building and Miljöbyggnad standards and will be completed in March 2018 according to plan. A 10-year leasing agreement has been concluded with postal company PostNord.
