According to JLL, in Q1-Q3 2016, the volume of delivery of office real estate in Kiev declined more twice, compared with the same period of the last year, to 16,100 m2. The main demand was provided by IT-companies and production plants - they accounted for 34% of total amount of transactions. The maximum base rental rate remained at USD 340 (EUR 302.71) per 1 m2 per year.
In Q4, it is planned to launch two class B business centres with an area of ??14,000 m2 and 6,400 m2. In the case these projects are implemented, the total office delivery volume will be 10% less than in 2015 - 36,500 m2.
