Polsand/Kazakhstan: Rail co-operation developed by two countries
Kurier Kolejowy, 11 Oct 2017, online:-
During a meeting held on 4 October 2017, representatives of the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and a delegation from Kazakhstan discussed the rail co-operation between the two countries. Poland and Kazakhstan work together as part of the New Silk Route project, with Poland offering a wide-gauge railway line located the furthest West and a related infrastructure of logistics centres and terminals. The co-operation is realised both at a company level, between the Polish rail operator PKP and Temir Zoly from Kazakhstan, as well as on a country level via the Polish-Kazak Transports and Logistics Working Group.
