Swedish trade organisation Industritransportgruppen (ITG) reports high demand for domestic goods transport by trucks. The demand is periodically so high that a capacity shortage is expected in the spring and early summer of 2017 due to the large volumes. ITG member Mats Dohn notes that while the demand tends to be regularly high at this time of the year, it is extremely high in 2017 due to the late spring and high activity at construction sites.
