In Sweden, the Property Development division in Swedish construction company NCC will sell logistics project Önskebrunnen in Upplands-Bro to logistics centre operator NREP Logicenters. The project is part of logistics park Brunna Logistikpark and has a total rental space of about 14,400 square metres. It also has a BREEAM environmental certificate. The transaction amounts to about SEK 150mn (EUR 15.34mn USD 17.19mn).
