In Sweden, the Port of Trelleborg received its first cruise ship on 19 July 2017 when M/S Artania arrived at the newly expanded ferry berth. The ship brought about 1,200 tourists from Germany, and according to Port CEO Tommy Halén, the Port is currently handling requests from other shipping companies as well.
