Swedish container terminal operator APM Terminals has concluded a concession agreement with the Port of Gothenburg to invest further SEK 250mn (EUR 26.25mn USD 27.96mn) in the port by 2024. The goal is to improve customer service and productivity as well as to stimulate economic growth in Sweden and its contribution to global trade. CEO in APM Terminals Henrik Kristensen noted that a quick solution needs to be also found to the conflict regarding the container terminal.
