Member of the Moderate Party Sten Bergheden has requested clarification how the government will ensure following of the regulations for cabotage and combined transports set by Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). The issue is whether the transports are treated as unlawful cabotage transport or unlawful commercial traffic. According to Bergheden, the agency has annulled police decision on sanction fees despited suspected unlawful cabotage transport. Bergheden requires clarification on measures to be applied from Minister for Home Affairs Anders Ygeman and Minister for Infrastructure Anna Johansson.
